BITE: Eats

When I went to Michel Richard to pick up the mini pastries I’d ordered for the first Work At My House Wednesday, the croissants were still in the oven so I hung out in the kitchen waiting for them to finish baking.  One of the bakers showed me the dough rolling machine and how he made the mini tartlets.  So few people like their jobs that it’s always refreshing to find someone who takes pride in their’s.
